Following our submission to Ofcom from 31.12.13 Royal Mail or the delivering agent must use an alternative delivery point if one is available and complies.

Our box (without the dome) has been approved by building regs to be fitted within the face bricks and half of the cavity so this way, it only protrudes 150mm with no loss of capacity.
